About the Principals and our Search Team
Our Principals, Jeff Zegas, Myranne Janoff, Robert Mitchell, and Steve Blattner are all Masters prepared. Their combined backgrounds incorporate almost 80 years in executive search.
Our Principals' health care operations experience includes success in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Our hospital experience includes academic medical centers and several community hospitals. Our practice management experience has entailed running the surgical practice at a tertiary care academic medical center. Our entrepreneurial experience features three start-ups, one venture-capital backed. We have led human resources at a 2,500-employee organization and done HR and Organizational Development consulting. Our experience has included building and selling a clinical laboratory business, starting and building a Home Health company, driving an e-business venture and managed care contracting at a disease management company. Our experience also includes Board seats on several health care, social service and community organizations.
This line experience has enabled us to truly appreciate the needs of our clients and to bring them candidates that best fit their strategic needs. It also gives us greater access to and credibility before the executive populations our searches typically target, and the frame of reference to accurately judge talent.
