Annette Cooke, Recruitment Consultant

Working in executive search, you need to be passionate about search and committed to service excellence. Professionally and personally, it's very important to me that I'm able to provide clients and candidates alike with great customer service. It's in my veins.

Based in the United Kingdom, Annette works with international clients as a leader of executive searches. She also develops and works with candidates. Her additional management responsibilities include oversight of associates working in research, candidate development and physician recruitment, as well as operations that support the search process.

Annette has been in the search industry since 1999, and has extensive experience recruiting executives, physicians, and nursing leaders internationally. She managed a Nursing & Allied Health Division for a UK-based search firm for several years working in South Africa, Ireland and England. In addition to her search expertise, Annette has worked with both the NHS and the private sector advising on nursing recruitment strategy and retention. Prior to executive search, she worked as an international account executive for a health care informatics company.
