Bill Docker, Quality Assurance Specialist

Ensuring our clients' satisfaction around the search process is as important to us as making a successful placement; it's our job to make life easy for our clients throughout the engagement.

As the leader of our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Program, Bill helps ensure that we remain a learning organization that is committed to improving the services we provide to every client and candidate.

Bill's career spans almost 30 years in the executive search industry, starting at Heidrick & Struggles, from which he was recruited by Winguth Schweichler Associates, one of Silicon Valley's leading search firms, to design and develop an internal research department. After leaving WSA, Bill spent several years building his own research company, serving internal corporate recruiting departments and boutique search firms. The success of Docker Research East led to its restructuring as a full service executive search firm, and when Raymond Karsan Associates (RKA) bought The Docker Group, Bill became a Partner in their Boston office.

Prior to joining ZurickDavis, Bill's career took a detour into fundraising for an international human rights agency where he was a manager and liaison to major donors. He returned to retained executive search in 2007 as our head of CQI and candidate referencing.
