Myranne Janoff, President, ZDmd

Our skill is helping organizations understand the type of talent and leadership they need. Our goal is recruiting the right type of individuals to fulfill that need. Our passion is getting it right!

Myranne leads ZDmd, and as a partner in ZurickDavis, she has a broad range of responsibilities, including the leadership of major searches, business strategy, new business development and the oversight of operational improvements and efficiencies.

Before joining ZurickDavis in 2000 Myranne (pronounced my-RAN) was the Associate Administrator of the Brigham Surgical Group in Boston. With more than 20 years experience as a health care executive and entrepreneur, she has also led a clinical laboratory, an entrepreneurial health care clinic, and an e-health care business venture; she co-founded a company that develops innovative therapies for disease management; and she been a consultant to several start-up health care companies.

Myranne holds her undergraduate degree from Elizabethtown College and an MBA from Northeastern University. She began her career as a Medical Technologist.  Among the professional and community organizations Myranne has participated in are the Medical Group Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
