PJ Layng
Director of the Florida Office, has been in the search industry since 1979 and joined ZurickDavis to focus on physician leadership searches. She has extensive experience recruiting physicians and physician leaders. Prior, she created and implemented physician recruitment and retention programs in major Healthcare systems though-out the country. She also has experience recruiting Senior Executives to private industry and the non-profit sector. PJ earned a BA in Speech Communication and did Masters work in the field of Non-profit Management and Organizational Development at George Washington University. She is active on several community Boards, including the the Outer Cape Health Center.
