Bob Mitchell
Principal, has more than twenty-five years of health care leadership experience, including executive search, human resources, operations, consulting, business development, marketing and entrepreneurial ventures.
Bob holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts, an M.Ed. in Industrial Psychology from Springfield College and an MBA from Western New England College in Springfield, MA. He is Past President of the Massachusetts Healthcare Human Resource Association, an active member of the Health Care Management Association and actively participates on a number of their committees. He is on the Board of the Mass Hospital Association's Insurance Division.
Before joining ZurickDavis in 2003, Bob built a health care executive search practice from scratch as Vice President at Xavier Associates for four years. Bob has advised and counseled senior management and boards of directors on a wide range of HR and strategic issues.
Prior to Xavier, Bob was VP of Business Development and Home Care for the three-hospital Hallmark Health System. Previously he was VP HR for Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Earlier in his career he had his own human resource consulting firm, and started and built Health Force, a l nationally franchised home health care company.
Bob's early career was in HR with Atlanticare Health System and Lynn Hospital, one of Atlanticare's founding Hospitals. He began his career with the Massachusetts Hospital Association.
Bob, an avid sailor, resides with his wife in Marblehead, MA.
