Annette Cooke, Senior Search Associate, has been in the search industry since 1999 and joined ZurickDavis from her native United Kingdom in 2005. She has extensive experience recruiting executives, physicians, and nursing leaders internationally. She has managed a Nursing & Allied Health Division for a boutique UK-based search firm for several years working in South Africa, Ireland and England. In addition to her search expertise, Annette has worked with both the NHS and the private sector advising on nursing recruitment strategy and retention. Prior to executive search, she worked as an International Account Executive for a healthcare informatics company.
Rebecca DeMarco, Director of Business Operations, joined ZurickDavis in 2005 and brings more than 20 years of business management experience to her role as Director of Business Operations. Rebecca has held prior financial, information technology, customer service and operational roles at CENSA (a biotech/pharma collaborative), Akamai Technologies (an Internet systems provider), and MITRE Corporation (a defense contractor). She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western New England College.
Ellen Elliott, Research Associate, has been working in the staffing industry since 2005. Prior to ZurickDavis, she had experience staffing and recruiting for CareerStaff Unlimited, a large, temporary health care staffing company for physical, occupational and speech therapists in the Greater Boston area. There, as Staffing Manager, she gained experience in all aspects of the recruiting process. Ellen has a BA in Marketing from Quinnipiac University in CT.
Jessica Murray, Client Services Administrator, graduated from Merrimack College with a BA in Fine Arts and a minor in business. She pursued a career in photography after graduating, working at the Boston Globe and the Eagle Tribune Company. Her career in staffing began in the fall of 2005 as a Staffing Coordinator, and was promoted to Staffing Manager a year later. Jess joined ZurickDavis in June 2007 as the Client Services Administrator. She and her husband Patrick reside in Newburyport, MA.

Julie Phillips, Research Associate, holds a BA from Youngstown State University and an MS from Columbia Southern University. Following a 16-year career in Human Resources, Julie has specialized in physician executive recruitment since 2001 for a Midwestern Academic Medical Center, for Fallon Clinic, and with ZurickDavis since 2005. She and her husband Dave live near Buffalo, NY, enjoy their Rhodesian Ridgeback, the NY Yankees, reading and traveling.
Beth Ross, Senior Associate, has nearly ten years experience in retained executive search and a total of fourteen years experience in recruitment. She has been with ZurickDavis since 2002, specializing in candidate development projects. Previously, Beth managed candidate identification and development across nearly every business sector for UK-based Whitehead Mann, a global retained executive search firm. While with Inc. Magazine and IBC USA Communications for several years, Beth was a Conference Producer programming national events and recruiting industry-recognized speakers. Clients that Beth has worked with range from small, private organizations to Fortune 100 companies in industries including health care, information services, professional services, financial services, and technology.
