Candidate Sourcing Report

The most important deliverable, of course, is the chosen candidate. Our standard procedure includes 15-30-90-180 day follow-up contacts with the hired executive following the search, then yearly thereafter.
A Client Satisfaction Survey is completed by a 3rd party within 30 days following the placement of each candidate.
