Client Interviews and Final Selection

We arrange and facilitate client interviews with the final selected candidates.

We conduct comprehensive referencing on finalists and verify their education and credentials.

We collaborate with our client in making the final selection and employment offer, including advising on contract terms and compensation, as necessary.

ZurickDavis works closely with the successfully hired executive and his or her family to facilitate relocation as required.

We provide coaching and team-building consultation during the on-boarding process to ease the transition and maximize the new leader’s effectiveness.
