Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)

An objective third-party professional contacts the newly hired executive, our client, and finalists who were not selected, to conduct an in-depth review of our process and performance. We utilize frank client and candidate feedback to continuously improve our service, process and outcomes.

Throughout the transition, we are available to provide ongoing support to our client and the newly hired executive.
